👩‍🍳 How to make Buckwheat

  1. Toast buckwheat groats in dry pan for 2-3 mins at 65°C until fragrant
  2. In a separate pot, bring water to boil (100°C, 1 min)
  3. Add toasted buckwheat; simmer on low heat for 8-10 mins
  4. Stir occasionally; water should be mostly absorbed
  5. Heat milk separately to 65°C
  6. Pour warm milk into cooked buckwheat
  7. Add butter and salt; stir well
  8. Cook together for 3-4 mins on low heat
  9. Add honey once cooled below 60°C
  10. Serve warm (55-60°C)
