👩🍳 How to make Buckwheat
- Toast buckwheat groats in dry pan for 2-3 mins at 65°C until fragrant
- In a separate pot, bring water to boil (100°C, 1 min)
- Add toasted buckwheat; simmer on low heat for 8-10 mins
- Stir occasionally; water should be mostly absorbed
- Heat milk separately to 65°C
- Pour warm milk into cooked buckwheat
- Add butter and salt; stir well
- Cook together for 3-4 mins on low heat
- Add honey once cooled below 60°C
- Serve warm (55-60°C)
