  1. Cream butter with honey
  2. Mix barley flour, salt, cardamom, barley tea powder
  3. Add creamed butter-honey to flour
  4. Gradually add water, bringing together into stiff dough (5-7 mins)
  5. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness
  6. Cut into 2-inch squares or use cookie cutter
  7. Place on baking tray
  8. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins until light golden
  9. Cool on tray; store in airtight container
