- Cream butter with honey
- Mix barley flour, salt, cardamom, barley tea powder
- Add creamed butter-honey to flour
- Gradually add water, bringing together into stiff dough (5-7 mins)
- Roll out to ¼ inch thickness
- Cut into 2-inch squares or use cookie cutter
- Place on baking tray
- Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins until light golden
- Cool on tray; store in airtight container
