  2. Mix barley flour and salt
  3. Add butter; rub in with fingers until breadcrumb texture
  4. Add water gradually, kneading into soft dough (5-7 mins)
  5. Divide into 4 balls
  6. Roll each to ¼ inch thickness circles
  7. Heat griddle to 70°C; lightly oil
  8. Place bread on griddle; cook 2-3 mins until spots appear
  9. Flip; cook 2-3 mins until puffed
  10. Brush with butter while hot

  13. Place cooling yogurt in small bowl
