👩🍳 How to make Barley Flakes with Milk and Fruit
- Heat milk to 65°C in pot
- Add barley flakes; stir well
- Add salt, yak butter
- Cook on low heat for 3-4 mins, stirring occasionally
- Flakes should soften and absorb milk
- Add chopped apricots; stir gently
- Add honey once cooled below 60°C
- Top with crushed walnuts
- Serve warm (55-60°C)
