  1. Heat milk to 65°C in pot
  2. Add barley flakes; stir well
  3. Add salt, yak butter
  4. Cook on low heat for 3-4 mins, stirring occasionally
  5. Flakes should soften and absorb milk
  6. Add chopped apricots; stir gently
  7. Add honey once cooled below 60°C
  8. Top with crushed walnuts
  9. Serve warm (55-60°C)
