👩🍳 How to make Apricot Jam with Bread
- Place apricots and water in a pot
- Bring to simmer (90°C) for 5-7 mins until apricots soften
- Mash apricots with back of spoon until jam-like consistency
- Add honey; stir well
- Simmer another 2-3 mins
- Cook jam to setting consistency (about 80°C when temperature reaches 105°C)
- Toast khambir bread slices on griddle; butter lightly
- Serve bread alongside warm jam
