👩‍🍳 How to make Apricot Jam with Bread

  1. Place apricots and water in a pot
  2. Bring to simmer (90°C) for 5-7 mins until apricots soften
  3. Mash apricots with back of spoon until jam-like consistency
  4. Add honey; stir well
  5. Simmer another 2-3 mins
  6. Cook jam to setting consistency (about 80°C when temperature reaches 105°C)
  7. Toast khambir bread slices on griddle; butter lightly
  8. Serve bread alongside warm jam
