- Heat tawa (2 mins, high heat): Heat tawa until very hot.
- Spread batter (1 min, medium-high heat): Pour 1/3 cup batter, spread to 1/4 inch thickness. Visual: thick pancake forms.
- Add toppings (1 min, medium heat): Sprinkle onion, tomato, green chili, carrot, coconut, salt on top. Press gently.
