  1. Heat tawa (2 mins, high heat): Heat tawa until very hot.
  2. Spread batter (1 min, medium-high heat): Pour 1/3 cup batter, spread to 1/4 inch thickness. Visual: thick pancake forms.
  3. Add toppings (1 min, medium heat): Sprinkle onion, tomato, green chili, carrot, coconut, salt on top. Press gently.
  4. Add oil (1 min, medium-high heat): Drizzle oil around edges, cook until crispy. Visual: edges become golden, crispy.
  5. Flip (2 mins, medium-high heat): Carefully flip, cook other side until golden. Visual: both sides golden, toppings cooked.
