  1. Fry nuts (2 mins, high heat): Heat 2 tbsp ghee, fry cashew pieces until golden. Remove. Fry raisins 30 seconds. Remove. Visual: cashews brown, raisins puffed.
  2. Mash dal (2 mins, no heat): Mash cooked dal until smooth. Add jaggery, mix well. Visual: jaggery dissolves into dal.
  3. Season (2 mins, low heat): Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, remaining ghee, salt. Mix well.
  4. Finish (1 min, low heat): Top with fried cashews and raisins.
