  3. Add aromatics (1 min, medium-high heat): Add chopped green chilies, minced ginger, fry 30 seconds. Visual: fragrant.
  4. Combine rice (3 mins, medium heat): Add cooked rice, salt, black pepper, stir constantly. Visual: rice heated through, grains separated.
  5. Add onions (1 min, low heat): Add fried onions, toss gently. Visual: onions distributed, some on top.
