  2. Combine (2 mins, medium heat): Transfer pumpkin to cowpeas, add thin coconut milk, green chilies, curry leaves, salt. Heat through. Visual: creamy liquid.
  3. Final tempering (2 mins, medium-low heat): Add thick coconut milk, black pepper. Heat gently without boiling. Visual: glossy, creamy appearance.
