- Make coconut paste (2 mins, no heat): Grind coconut with green chilies, cumin seeds, black pepper to smooth paste.
- Combine (3 mins, low heat): Add coconut paste to vegetables with salt, turmeric. Stir gently. Visual: vegetables coated in creamy mixture.
