👩🍳 How to make Wheat Berry Porridge
- Drain soaked wheat.
- Heat ghee in heavy pot, add wheat, stir 2 min.
- Add milk and salt, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low, simmer covered 30 min until wheat is very soft and milk is reduced.
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
- Add cardamom and raisins, cook 2 more min.
- Visual cue: porridge should be creamy, wheat grains soft and burst, jaggery fully dissolved.
