👩‍🍳 How to make Wheat Berry Porridge

  1. Drain soaked wheat.
  2. Heat ghee in heavy pot, add wheat, stir 2 min.
  3. Add milk and salt, bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, simmer covered 30 min until wheat is very soft and milk is reduced.
  5. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
  6. Add cardamom and raisins, cook 2 more min.
  7. Visual cue: porridge should be creamy, wheat grains soft and burst, jaggery fully dissolved.
