👩🍳 How to make Vegetable Pulao with Almonds
- Rinse rice.
- Heat ghee, add cumin, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cook 20 sec.
- Add onion, fry 3 min until golden.
- Add carrot, peas, beans, stir-fry 2 min.
- Add rice, stir 2 min coating with ghee.
- Pour water and salt.
- Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, cook 15 min.
- Rest 5 min.
- Fluff, top with fried almonds.
