👩‍🍳 How to make Vegetable Pulao with Almonds

  1. Rinse rice.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cook 20 sec.
  3. Add onion, fry 3 min until golden.
  4. Add carrot, peas, beans, stir-fry 2 min.
  5. Add rice, stir 2 min coating with ghee.
  6. Pour water and salt.
  7. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, cook 15 min.
  8. Rest 5 min.
  9. Fluff, top with fried almonds.
  10. Visual cue: rice should be fluffy, vegetables visible, almonds golden-brown and visible.
