👩‍🍳 How to make Vegetable Idli

  1. Mix rice and urad flours.
  2. Add yogurt and water, ferment overnight.
  3. Next morning, add vegetables, salt, cumin, chillies, ginger.
  4. Mix gently.
  5. Divide into greased idli mold cavities.
  6. Steam with boiling water for 12-13 min.
  7. Cool 2 min before removing.
  8. Visual cue: idlis should be soft, spongy, light golden, vegetables visible throughout.
