- Mix gram flour with water until smooth batter.
- Add onion, tomato, capsicum, chillies, ginger, coriander, salt.
- Rest 10 min.
- Heat tawa, pour 60ml batter, spread thin.
- Drizzle mustard oil.
- Cook 2 min until golden, flip, cook 1.5 min.
