  1. Mix gram flour with water until smooth batter.
  2. Add onion, tomato, capsicum, chillies, ginger, coriander, salt.
  3. Rest 10 min.
  4. Heat tawa, pour 60ml batter, spread thin.
  5. Drizzle mustard oil.
  6. Cook 2 min until golden, flip, cook 1.5 min.
  7. Visual cue: chilla should be golden, firm, vegetables visible throughout, slightly crispy edges.
