👩🍳 How to make Upma with Vegetables
- Heat mustard oil, add cumin and asafoetida, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry 3 min.
- Add salt and water, bring to boil.
- Slowly sprinkle semolina while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook 6-7 min until semolina absorbs water and becomes granular.
- Stir in coriander.
