👩‍🍳 How to make Tomato Omelette

  1. Beat eggs lightly.
  2. Heat ghee, add onion, fry 1.5 min until soft.
  3. Add ginger and chilli, cook 30 sec.
  4. Add tomato, cook 1 min until slightly soft.
  5. Pour eggs over vegetables, cook 2 min until bottom sets.
  6. Fold in half, cook 1 more min.
  7. Add coriander.
  8. Visual cue: omelette should be golden-brown, slightly creamy inside, vegetables visible throughout.
