  1. Heat ghee, add jaggery, stir over low heat until melted and caramelized slightly (6-8 min).
  2. Add sesame, cardamom, salt.
  3. Mix quickly.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Oil hands, shape into 25g balls.
  6. Cool on greased tray.
  7. Visual cue: laddoo should be golden-brown, firm, sesame seeds visible, breaks with slight crunchiness.
