- Heat ghee, add sesame seeds, cook 3-4 min stirring constantly.
- Add jaggery, stir until melted and well coated.
- Add cardamom and salt.
- Cook 2 more min until mixture pulls together.
- Pour onto greased tray, spread evenly.
- Cool 10 min, cut into pieces.
- Top with extra sesame seeds.
