- Mix all flours with yogurt and water until smooth batter consistency.
- Add salt, cumin, chillies, ginger, onion.
- Mix well, rest 15 min.
- Heat tawa, pour 60ml batter, spread into thin circular shape.
- Drizzle mustard oil around edges.
- Cook 2 min until light brown, flip, cook 1.5 min.
