- Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal, cook until crackle.
- Add asafoetida, peanuts, cashew, fry 2 min until golden.
- Add tamarind water, turmeric, salt, dried chilli.
- Mix well with warm rice, toss gently.
- Add coriander.
