👩‍🍳 How to make Tamarind Rice

  1. Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal, cook until crackle.
  2. Add asafoetida, peanuts, cashew, fry 2 min until golden.
  3. Add tamarind water, turmeric, salt, dried chilli.
  4. Mix well with warm rice, toss gently.
  5. Add coriander.
  6. Visual cue: rice should be light brown with tamarind color, nuts visible, tangy aroma.
