👩‍🍳 How to make Stuffed Paratha

  1. Knead dough, rest 10 min.
  2. Mix filling ingredients.
  3. Divide dough into 6 balls.
  4. Flatten each, place 2 tbsp filling in center, seal edges, roll gently to 7-inch disc.
  5. Heat tawa, cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
  6. Brush with ghee.
  7. Visual cue: paratha should have light brown spots, filling visible at edges, be puffed slightly.
