- Knead dough, rest 10 min.
- Mix filling ingredients.
- Divide dough into 6 balls.
- Flatten each, place 2 tbsp filling in center, seal edges, roll gently to 7-inch disc.
- Heat tawa, cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
- Brush with ghee.
