  1. Knead flour with spinach puree, ghee, salt, water into soft dough.
  2. Rest 10 min.
  3. Divide into 6 balls, roll to 7-inch disc.
  4. Heat tawa, place paratha, cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
  5. Brush with ghee.
