- Knead flour with oil, salt, water into smooth dough.
- Rest 30 min.
- For filling: heat mustard oil, add cumin, onion, cook 1 min.
- Add potato, peas, chillies, ginger, salt.
- Cool.
- Roll dough thin, cut into squares, fill each triangle, seal edges.
- Fry at 170°C, 4-5 min until golden.
