  1. Knead flour with oil, salt, water into smooth dough.
  2. Rest 30 min.
  3. For filling: heat mustard oil, add cumin, onion, cook 1 min.
  4. Add potato, peas, chillies, ginger, salt.
  5. Cool.
  6. Roll dough thin, cut into squares, fill each triangle, seal edges.
  7. Fry at 170°C, 4-5 min until golden.
