👩‍🍳 How to make Sabudana Khichdi

  1. Soak sabudana for 2 hours, drain well.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, cook 20 sec.
  3. Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
  4. Add drained sabudana, stir-fry 4 min over medium heat.
  5. Add fried potatoes, salt, carom seeds.
  6. Cook 6 min until sabudana becomes translucent.
  7. Add peanuts and coriander, stir.
  8. Visual cue: sabudana pearls should be transparent, fluffy, not mushy; potatoes crispy.
