- Soak sabudana for 2 hours, drain well.
- Heat ghee, add cumin, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add drained sabudana, stir-fry 4 min over medium heat.
- Add fried potatoes, salt, carom seeds.
- Cook 6 min until sabudana becomes translucent.
- Add peanuts and coriander, stir.
