👩🍳 How to make Rice with Dal and Vegetable
- Rinse rice, add water and salt, cook 15 min.
- For dal: heat mustard oil, add cumin, onion, fry 2 min.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add dal, water, turmeric, salt.
- Cook 12 min until dal is soft.
- For greens: heat mustard oil, add cumin and chillies, cook 20 sec.
- Add greens, ginger, salt.
- Cook 5 min until soft.
- Serve rice with dal and greens on side.
