👩🍳 How to make Rava Idli
- Roast semolina lightly in dry pan 2 min until fragrant, cool.
- Mix yogurt and water.
- Add to semolina, let stand 15 min.
- Add coconut, chillies, ginger, salt, carom seeds, cumin.
- Mix well.
- Divide into greased idli mold, steam with boiling water for 12 min.
- Cool 2 min before removing.
- Visual cue: idlis should be soft, fluffy, light golden with no cracks.
