👩‍🍳 How to make Rava Idli

  1. Roast semolina lightly in dry pan 2 min until fragrant, cool.
  2. Mix yogurt and water.
  3. Add to semolina, let stand 15 min.
  4. Add coconut, chillies, ginger, salt, carom seeds, cumin.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Divide into greased idli mold, steam with boiling water for 12 min.
  7. Cool 2 min before removing.
  8. Visual cue: idlis should be soft, fluffy, light golden with no cracks.
