👩‍🍳 How to make Rava Dosa

  1. Mix semolina, rice flour, yogurt, water, salt.
  2. Let ferment 2 hours.
  3. Add cumin, chillies, ginger.
  4. Heat tawa, spread 60ml batter thinly into circular shape.
  5. Drizzle mustard oil around edges and in center.
  6. Cook 2 min until golden, crispy.
  7. Flip, cook other side 1 min.
  8. Visual cue: dosa should be golden, crispy, holes visible on surface, edges curled slightly.
