👩🍳 How to make Rava Dosa
- Mix semolina, rice flour, yogurt, water, salt.
- Let ferment 2 hours.
- Add cumin, chillies, ginger.
- Heat tawa, spread 60ml batter thinly into circular shape.
- Drizzle mustard oil around edges and in center.
- Cook 2 min until golden, crispy.
- Flip, cook other side 1 min.
- Visual cue: dosa should be golden, crispy, holes visible on surface, edges curled slightly.
