👩‍🍳 How to make Rava Cake

  1. Mix semolina, coconut, jaggery, peanuts, salt.
  2. Add yogurt, oil, water, cardamom.
  3. Mix gently just until combined.
  4. Add baking powder, fold gently.
  5. Pour into greased tray.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 min until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
  8. Visual cue: cake should be light golden, moist inside, coconut and peanuts visible, springs back when touched.
