👩🍳 How to make Ragi Upma
- Heat ghee, add cumin and asafoetida, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry 3 min.
- Add water and salt, bring to boil.
- Sprinkle ragi flour slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook 8 min until flour cooks through and mixture becomes thick.
- Stir in coriander.
