👩‍🍳 How to make Ragi Upma

  1. Heat ghee, add cumin and asafoetida, cook 20 sec.
  2. Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add vegetables, stir-fry 3 min.
  4. Add water and salt, bring to boil.
  5. Sprinkle ragi flour slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  6. Cook 8 min until flour cooks through and mixture becomes thick.
  7. Stir in coriander.
  8. Visual cue: upma should be smooth, thick, vegetables tender and visible throughout.
