- Rinse poha lightly.
- Heat mustard oil, add cumin and asafoetida, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add potato, stir-fry 3 min.
- Add poha, water, salt.
- Toss continuously for 4 min until poha is heated through and soft.
- Add peanuts and coriander.
