- Knead dough, rest 10 min.
- Heat ghee, add cumin, onion, cook 2 min.
- Add paneer, peas, chillies, ginger, salt.
- Mix well, cool.
- Divide dough into 6 balls, fill, seal, roll to 7-inch disc.
