👩‍🍳 How to make Peas-Paneer Paratha

  1. Knead dough, rest 10 min.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, onion, cook 2 min.
  3. Add paneer, peas, chillies, ginger, salt.
  4. Mix well, cool.
  5. Divide dough into 6 balls, fill, seal, roll to 7-inch disc.
  6. Cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
