  1. Knead dough, rest 10 min.
  2. Heat ghee, add peanuts, jaggery, cardamom.
  3. Cook 1.5 min until jaggery melts, cool.
  4. Divide dough into 6 balls, fill, seal, roll to 7-inch disc.
  5. Cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
  6. Visual cue: paratha should have light brown spots, peanut pieces visible, slightly crumbly appearance.
