- Heat ghee in pot, add semolina, toast 4-5 min until golden and fragrant, stirring constantly.
- Add milk slowly, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat.
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
- Simmer 8 min until thickened.
- Add cardamom, raisins, cashew, salt.
- Cook 2 more min.
- Serve warm.
