  1. Heat ghee in pot, add semolina, toast 4-5 min until golden and fragrant, stirring constantly.
  2. Add milk slowly, stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat.
  4. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
  5. Simmer 8 min until thickened.
  6. Add cardamom, raisins, cashew, salt.
  7. Cook 2 more min.
  8. Serve warm.
