  1. Marinate paneer cubes in yogurt, ginger, chillies, salt.
  2. Boil rice half-cooked.
  3. Parboil vegetables.
  4. Layer rice, paneer, vegetables.
  5. Dot with ghee, fried onions, coriander, mint.
  6. Cover tightly.
  7. Cook on high heat 3 min.
  8. Reduce to low, cook 18 min.
  9. Rest 8 min.
