- Heat ghee, add onion, fry 2 min until soft.
- Add ginger and chilli, cook 30 sec.
- Add paneer, stir continuously 4 min until paneer heats through.
- Add salt, chilli powder, coriander.
- Serve with buttered, toasted pav.
