👩‍🍳 How to make Paneer Bhurji Pav

  1. Heat ghee, add onion, fry 2 min until soft.
  2. Add ginger and chilli, cook 30 sec.
  3. Add paneer, stir continuously 4 min until paneer heats through.
  4. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander.
  5. Serve with buttered, toasted pav.
  6. Visual cue: paneer should be warm, evenly mixed with spices, pav warm and toasted.
