- Heat ghee, add cumin and asafoetida, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry 2 min.
- Add oats, stir 1 min.
- Pour water and salt, bring to boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, cook 8 min while stirring occasionally until oats soften.
- Add coriander.
