👩🍳 How to make Mutton Litti Chokha
- Knead dough, rest 20 min.
- For filling: heat mustard oil, add cumin, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add mutton, cook 8 min until cooked through and dry.
- Add salt, chilli powder, coriander, cool.
- Divide dough into 8 balls, stuff, seal, roll into discs.
- Bake at 200°C for 35 min, flipping halfway.
- For chokha: char vegetables, peel, mash, season.
- Visual cue: litti should have golden spots; filling tender and cooked through; chokha chunky.
