👩‍🍳 How to make Mutton Biryani

  1. Marinate mutton in yogurt, ginger, chillies, salt for 45 min.
  2. Boil rice half-cooked.
  3. Layer rice and mutton.
  4. Dot with ghee, fried onions, coriander, mint.
  5. Cover tightly.
  6. Cook on high heat 3 min.
  7. Reduce to low, cook 30 min.
  8. Rest 10 min.
  9. Visual cue: rice fluffy, mutton very tender, onions golden, mint and coriander visible, fragrant aroma.
