👩‍🍳 How to make Mushroom Omelette

  1. Heat ghee, add onion, fry 1 min.
  2. Add mushroom, cook 2.5 min until golden and moisture evaporates.
  3. Add ginger and chilli, cook 30 sec.
  4. Beat eggs, pour over mushroom, cook 1.5 min.
  5. Fold, cook 1 min.
  6. Add coriander.
