  1. Mix flours with buttermilk until thick dough.
  2. Add mustard oil, spices.
  3. Knead well, rest 20 min.
  4. Fill murukku maker with dough, press directly into hot oil at 170°C in spiral shape.
  5. Fry 3-4 min per side until golden-brown.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
