👩🍳 How to make Mung Bean Dosa
- Grind soaked moong dal with yogurt and water into smooth batter.
- Add salt, cumin, chillies, ginger.
- Let rest 30 min.
- Heat tawa, pour 60ml batter, spread into 7-inch circle.
- Drizzle mustard oil.
- Cook 2 min until golden, flip, cook 1.5 min.
