👩‍🍳 How to make Mung Bean Dosa

  1. Grind soaked moong dal with yogurt and water into smooth batter.
  2. Add salt, cumin, chillies, ginger.
  3. Let rest 30 min.
  4. Heat tawa, pour 60ml batter, spread into 7-inch circle.
  5. Drizzle mustard oil.
  6. Cook 2 min until golden, flip, cook 1.5 min.
  7. Visual cue: dosa should be crispy, golden-brown, holes visible on surface, edges thin and curled.
