👩‍🍳 How to make Moong Dal Halwa

  1. Soak and drain dal.
  2. Heat ghee, add dal, cook 5-6 min stirring constantly until golden.
  3. Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
  4. Add cardamom, almonds, raisins, salt.
  5. Cook 8-10 min until mixture becomes very thick and pulls away from pan sides.
  6. Visual cue: halwa should be golden-brown, dense, almonds visible as golden slivers, ghee visible on surface.
