👩🍳 How to make Moong Dal Halwa
- Soak and drain dal.
- Heat ghee, add dal, cook 5-6 min stirring constantly until golden.
- Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
- Add cardamom, almonds, raisins, salt.
- Cook 8-10 min until mixture becomes very thick and pulls away from pan sides.
- Visual cue: halwa should be golden-brown, dense, almonds visible as golden slivers, ghee visible on surface.
