👩🍳 How to make Millet Upma
- Rinse millet.
- Heat mustard oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, cook until seeds crackle (20 sec).
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry 3 min.
- Add millet, stir 1 min.
- Pour water and salt, bring to boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, cook 12 min until millet is tender and fluffy.
- Stir in coriander.
- Visual cue: millet should be fluffy, grains separate, vegetables tender and visible.
