  1. Rinse rice.
  2. Heat ghee, add rice, toast 2 min.
  3. Add milk and jaggery, stir until jaggery dissolves.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 15 min.
  5. Add cardamom, raisins, cashew.
  6. Cook 2 more min.
  7. Visual cue: rice should be tender, milk creamy and golden, nuts golden, jaggery dissolved.
