👩‍🍳 How to make Milk Fudge

  1. Heat ghee, add khoya, cook 3-4 min stirring.
  2. Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
  3. Add cardamom, almonds, pistachios, salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread on greased tray, cool 10 min.
  6. Cut into squares.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Visual cue: barfi should be fudgy, golden-brown, nuts visible as slivers, breaks cleanly.
