👩‍🍳 How to make Methi-Aloo Paratha

  1. Knead dough, rest 10 min.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, onion, cook 2 min.
  3. Add fenugreek, cook 1 min.
  4. Add potato, chillies, ginger, salt.
  5. Mix well, cool.
  6. Divide dough into 6 balls, fill, seal, roll to 7-inch disc.
  7. Cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
  8. Visual cue: paratha should have green flecks visible, light brown spots, smell aromatic.
