👩‍🍳 How to make Masala Omelette

  1. Heat ghee, add cumin, cook 15 sec.
  2. Add onion, fry 1.5 min until soft.
  3. Add ginger and chillies, cook 30 sec.
  4. Beat eggs with salt and chilli powder, pour over onions.
  5. Cook 1 min until bottom sets.
  6. Fold, cook 1 min.
  7. Add coriander.
