- Heat ghee, add cumin, cook 15 sec.
- Add onion, fry 1.5 min until soft.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 30 sec.
- Beat eggs with salt and chilli powder, pour over onions.
- Cook 1 min until bottom sets.
- Fold, cook 1 min.
- Add coriander.
