👩‍🍳 How to make Mango Halwa

  1. Heat ghee, add mango pulp, cook 8-10 min stirring frequently until moisture reduces.
  2. Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
  3. Add cardamom, cashew, raisins, salt.
  4. Simmer 8 min until halwa is thick and pulls from pan sides.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Visual cue: halwa should be golden-orange, creamy and thick, mango flavor prominent, cashews golden and visible.
