- Heat ghee, add mango pulp, cook 8-10 min stirring frequently until moisture reduces.
- Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
- Add cardamom, cashew, raisins, salt.
- Simmer 8 min until halwa is thick and pulls from pan sides.
- Serve warm.
