  1. Mix flour, milk, yogurt, jaggery, salt, baking powder, cardamom.
  2. Rest 20 min.
  3. Heat mustard oil to 170°C.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter, fry 2-3 min per side until golden.
  5. For syrup: dissolve jaggery in water, add cardamom.
  6. Dip hot malpua in syrup.
  7. Top with peanuts.
  8. Visual cue: malpua should be golden, spongy, soaked with syrup, peanuts visible on top.
