- Mix flour, milk, yogurt, jaggery, salt, baking powder, cardamom.
- Rest 20 min.
- Heat mustard oil to 170°C.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter, fry 2-3 min per side until golden.
- For syrup: dissolve jaggery in water, add cardamom.
- Dip hot malpua in syrup.
- Top with peanuts.
