👩‍🍳 How to make Litti Chokha

  1. Knead dough, rest 20 min.
  2. Mix sattu filling ingredients.
  3. Divide dough into 8 balls, stuff each, roll into discs.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 35 min, flipping halfway.
  5. For chokha: char vegetables on open flame until blackened, peel, mash roughly, toss with onion, chilli, coriander, mustard oil, salt, lemon.
  6. Serve broken litti pieces dipped in ghee with chokha on side.
  7. Visual cue: litti should have light golden-brown spots; chokha should be chunky and textured.
